Austin – Two-Vehicle Crash on South Capital of Texas Hwy

The Austin Police Department is conducting an investigation about an auto collision on South Capital of Texas Highway near Barton Creek.

Just after 10:00 p.m., local paramedics responded to S Capital of Texas Highway near Walsh Tarlton Lane and found a man pinned inside wreckage. The victim was extricated from the vehicle and was rushed to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center where he received proper medical treatment. His condition was not disclosed by emergency crews.

No one else was injured.

Law enforcement officials arrived at the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident. No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
