Houston – Fiery Collision on I-45 Leaves 1 Dead

Last Sunday morning, Houston police were called onto to assist in a collision on the North Freeway which resulted in the death of one person.

According to a local news source, the incident took place on Interstate 45 at Parker at around 5:30 a.m. How the crash happened is yet to be determined by local responders but it was confirmed that one of the vehicles involved burst into fire on the feeder road. Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire but the car was already a total loss.

At least one person was pronounced deceased as a result of the crash. His identification was not immediately disclosed.

No one else was injured.

The Houston Police Department arrived at the scene to assist in the clearing. They are leading the investigation.
