Houston – Pedestrian Killed on Alabonson Rd ID’d

Houston law enforcement officials have released the name of the victim who died in a pedestrian accident on Alabonson Road, Friday morning.

Just after 6:00 a.m., an auto versus pedestrian accident took place at the 7600 block of Alabonson Road. According to the report released by Houston police officers, a man was walking along the northbound lane of the roadway when he was hit by a vehicle. The impact of the crash critically injured the pedestrian who was later identified as Glenn Wilson. He was pronounced deceased by emergency crews who responded to the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle that struck Wilson remained at the scene. He was not hurt.

Local investigators arrived at the scene to determine liability.
