A fatal vehicle collision resulted in the death of two people on State Highway 281 near Johnson City, according to a local news source.

In an unspecified time last Tuesday, police received a notification reporting a car accident on US 281. How the collision actually happened remains unclear at this time but it was confirmed that the incident caused the death of two people. Their identifications were withheld pending notification of their next of kin.

No one else was injured, as per local paramedics.
