Joshua – 1 Died in Fatal Crash on FM 1902

One person was killed after a vehicular collision on Farm to Market Road 1902, west of Joshua.

Just before 2:00 p.m., Burleson firefighters and MedStar emergency crews were dispatched to the 6200 block of FM 1902 near Caddo Road, just north of Farm to Market Road 917. First responders did not confirm the cause of the accident but they confirmed that one person sustained serious injuries and was declared deceased at the scene. Another victim was airlifted to a nearby hospital with the help of CareFlite.

No other injuries were reported.

The Joshua Police Department is conducting an investigation. Based on a preliminary investigation, a commercial truck and a vehicle were involved in the accident.

There are heavy delays on FM 1902 while police investigate the scene.
