Parker County – Vehicle Crash on Farm to Market Road 1189

A vehicle accident on Brock Spur near Farm to Market Road 1189 resulted in the death of one person.

The fatality was identified as 26-year-old Brady Kyle Collins. According to the initial report, Collins was driving along FM 1189 when he lost control of his vehicle, crashed into a ditch, and went airborne. The car then crashed into a tree before coming to a complete stop.

Collins sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased by emergency crews who responded to the scene.

No one else was injured.

Police said Collins was driving at an unsafe speed during the time of the accident. It was not determined if he has a passenger.

The crash remains under investigation.
