Winona – 1 Died Following a Fatal Crash on County Road 345

At least one person was pronounced deceased after getting involved in a vehicle collision on County Road 345, Sunday morning.

According to the initial investigation, the incident took place at around 11:30 a.m. on CR 345 near Wildcat Drive. The exact circumstances leading up to the accident remain unclear at this time but it was confirmed that a motorcycle was involved in the crash. The impact of the collision left the operator of the motorcycle heavily injured. He died at the scene.

No one else was injured.

The Winona Police Department was requested at the scene to gather more evidence from the scene. Anyone who has witnessed the incident is encouraged to get in contact with them. The investigation is underway.
